It looks like J.R. Smith will be just fine after leaving Monday night’s contest against the Toronto Raptors.

The Cleveland Cavaliers shooting guard is expected to be day to day after an MRI on his left knee came back clean, sources tell The Vertical’s Shams Charania.

Smith missed three games earlier this season with an ankle injury, with the Cavs going 2-1 in his absence.

The 31-year-old is in the midst of a poor season by his standards, averaging 7.8 points, 2.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists on 34.4 percent from the field.
