Phil Mickelson’s got plans in late September 2018, but thanks for asking. He’ll be south of Paris representing Team USA at the Ryder Cup.

Fresh off the Americans’ win this year, Mickelson is looking forward to partying in Europe.

“I plan on being on the team in France and absolutely one of my goals is to play in France because I’ve never been on a winning Ryder Cup team over in Europe,” Mickelson said, according to ESPN’s Bob Harig.

“I want to win a Ryder Cup over there, and I want to be part of that as a player.”

The Americans haven’t won in Europe since 1993 at The Belfry in Scotland. Mickelson’s taken part in 11 Ryder Cup wins, winning only three, so he’s been enjoying the spoils that belong to the victor.

“I’m still on an emotional high,” Mickelson said. “It’s been such a fun experience to share that with so many guys. Guys have been texting all week long and staying in touch, and it’s really been an exciting thing to be a part of.”
