Winterfox have signed a new CS:GO roster several days after dropping three of their starting players, the team announced Saturday.

The new roster hails from Australia and New Zealand, but will move to Chicago to compete under Winterfox. In a statement, emagine said that the team is looking forward to represent the two countries as part of the organization.

“We’re excited and grateful for this opportunity, to those that have supported us we appreciate it,” emagine said. “We look to expand Australia’s reach on the world stage and further represent our nation to the best of our ability.”

David “Xp3” Garrido, Todd “anger” Williams and Kyle “flowsicK” Mendez were dropped by Winterfox earlier this week, and will be competing together as they look for a new team to join. Former starting Winterfox players Alexander “LeX” Deily and Warren “hades” Rettich are still on the team according to Winterfox, though their roles have not been specified.
